Introduction to Anti-Spilling Skirtboard:

The main body of the anti-spilling skirt is black, made from a blend of imported natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. Even after the multi-protection system reaches the end of its service life, it can continue to perform the duties of the anti-spilling skirt, protecting the investment of the user. The multi-protection anti-spilling system features T-shaped fixing rubber blocks, and the skirt body is manufactured through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, making it compact, efficient, and sturdy. II. Features of the Anti-Spilling Skirtboard: 1. Skirtboard Material: Made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, with the part in contact with the belt (providing the main sealing function) being polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from imported powder material, offering better performance and longer service life than polyurethane made through extrusion processes, without damaging the belt. 2. Sealing Effect: The anti-spilling skirtboard adopts a straight plate + skirt double-layer sealing integrated structure. The straight plate tightly adheres to the side of the guide chute, with the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material spillage. The skirt is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt through the elasticity of the rubber plate, maintaining close contact with the belt and ensuring excellent sealing performance. 3. The skirt sealing part of the skirtboard uses a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirt when the belt deviates and allows automatic restoration to the original state. 4. The skirtboard on each side of the guide chute is made as a single unit, matching the length of the guide chute to prevent air leakage at the joints.
